Thread: Electric Flicker Candles Tutorials?

I've searched high and low on here using the search and can't find any solid tutorials on creating candles outta pvc, electric version using sockets, wire and flickr bulbs of some sort.

Can anyone point me in the direction if it exists? I really wanted to work on this project soon for this year. Thank you!
