I just finished building my electric chair this weekend and thought I would post a few pics. All I need now are some hands and a nice orange jump suite. I am using a jigsaw to make the guys move, a fog machine along with some flashing rope lighting and a strob light. Can't wait to add the finishing touches and get the guy into a jump suite.

looks awesome, good job. I wish i had the room to make all these great props. Making them isn't the hard part, storing them is.
Please add video once its all done.

Looks great..... I'm changing mine up some this year. I'm taking my PVC dummy out and making it where the TOTs will sit in the chair and get "zapped" via a old sander mounted under the seat.
I want to suspend the skullcap like you did.... what did you use for that curved piping? If you don't mind me asking.

The part that looks like a pipe is a piece of tubing painted silver. If you look at the back of the chair you will see a piece of pvc going up the back of the chair. This goes to the tubing which transfers smoke to the head piece. In addition I ran tubes in the arms which also has holes in the top some the fog can come out of there also. The two smaller hose like items going to the head piece is rope lighting that will pulse when on looking like he is getting zapped.

Does anyone have a good source for a cheap orange jump suite and a pair of hands?

Thanks. I did a little work on mine this evening and thought that PVC pipe with a little paint job might do the trick.
I bought an Orange jumpsuit at Wal Mart when they were selling their Halloween stuff (it was $20 instead of over $35 like at the costume shops) and I got the hands and feet at Spirit Halloween Store. Cut the ends open and Gorilla glued and zip-tied them to the ends of the PVC arms.
Here's a pic....
