There is an array of bits for this thing that can be used to cut ANYTHING, never mind styrofoam. This is like a Dremel on steroids.

That looks pretty cool. It's kinda pricey though. I got my Dremel for 25 bucks.

referencing the first 2 posts. why not split the difference (or, combine the 2).
I bought a pneumatic die grinder for $25. compressor optional, but recommended.

$150 ouch I'll keep my dremel smaller for more detailed work and it works just fine.

I love my Dremel tool, this little thing can build anything and carve a pumpkin to boot.
