I got these voice boxes for free and thought they would work as sound boxes for my props. The only problem is there is a prerecorded message on each of the pcb memory boards. Is there a way to change whats on the board or can they be replaced with some other memory storage device?

hello--usually the pre recorded messages on products like this are permanent--if you want a product that lets you record and play back anything you want you might want to check out cowlacious products.they make and sell electronic recorders at pretty reasonable prices.type cowlacious products into google and you should find it!!--cryptoid

Crytoid is correct - those little ROM chips can be burned just one time. Cowlacious is a good source for what you're looking for.
