The silhouette figures always seem to be popular to make, but I haven't seen anyone mention the correct thickness of plywood to use. The thin stuff would bow (I think), but if it is too thick it might not look right and be difficult to cut.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks in advance!

I'd recommend at least 3/4" thick plywood.
Also helps to add 1" X 2" wood sections on the back to help it keep from warping.
