I used the Blacklight hairspray on my FCG to touch up some areas that faded.

Mix Tide Liquid Detergent with just enough water so you can spray it out of a spray bottle. Spritz it over what you want to glow and let it dry. Turn on the black light and stand back from the glow.

Like Terror Tom I use blacklight spray, every year I spray ours down. You can find it at party stores and halloween stores like "Spirit".

I just use cheapy dollar store handwashing detergent (knockoff woolite) and put it in a spray bottle mixed 1 to 1 with water. Works just fine.
Any detergent that has phosphates (which is most of them - that's the whitener and brightener for your clothes) will glow under blacklight.

I used Tide on my FCG and I am happy with it, esp. for what it cost me.

I'm finishing a FCG now and I used 2x Ultra Tide Cold Water. It's pretty thick so I was able to "paint" it on a Don Post latex mask. It glows under the blacklight quite well.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.
