went into Halloween City here in Louisville today and they are starting to set everything up. this was the first prop you see when you come in and it's scary awesome. price tag was $199.
i was able to snap a picture before the lady came and told me "no pictures allowed sir"... ummm.. ok?

Neat looking prop. Pricey but no more than you'd see anywhere else. Now sneak back and take some more pics!

Hey Kacole, I am in Louisville too! Can you tell me where the HalloweenCity is at? I haven't seen it yet. Were they were formerly Halloween USA or is this a new Halloween store?
No pictures? Seriously? Guess they figure all of the crafty talented people will take pictures and go home and make the prop for way cheaper than they sell it. And they are probably right

Its where the old Circuit City used to be in St. Matthews. Halloween Express is going in where Smith's Furniture was right down the road as well. two places to hit up in very close locations here in the next two or 3 weeks. they were still setting up but had the doors open. some decent props in there, but again, all were pretty pricey.

Thats the Flying Vampiress - 6 Ft, Halloween Asylum sells as well.
This Flying Vampiress is on a blood-thirsty rampage! Suspended from the steel stand, she gives the illusion of flight. At night or against a dark background, her stand will disappear into the darkness. Latex head, hands and feet. Assembly required. Height is 6 feet. Please see additional images for closeup view.

$200 ? I understand they are a business, and obviously they are there to make a profit.. but come on. I agree, about the comment about "no pictures, because the crafty people will make their own". I see about $50 worth of parts, maybe even less.

i guess it's 2 views ont he same prop. As you can see in each shoulder and each arm & leg, there is a bloody hook going into the body, therefore, suspending them like they were being tortured. I still think there is <$50 worth of stuff to make this

Party City is selling this prop. I didn't see the price tag but boy is this thing flimsy! There is nowhere near $50.00 worth of stuff in this prop. Really crappy, and not much better close up than in the pic.
