Just finished my Scarecrow, yes, I will put pants on him in future. Most of it is from Dollarama, even the shirt. Cost, less than 30$ in total. Not bad, need more fixing.
Do you have any suggestions? Do you like him with or without the hat?

I like a straw hat, but not sure if I like THAT hat. Maybe one a little larger in the brim and more tattered. And I would kill the flower. Makes it look more clownish than scary. Just saying.
This is a great idea for a prop and I love those oversized hands. Very creepy.

use a heat gun to bend those shoulders too. do this outside in a well vented area.
