    Hey Gang,

You guys are so much inspiration for me!!! I take your ideas and combine them with mine. THANKS!

Last winter I made tombstones for ALL the witches that were hung/killed in Salem Mass. for this year's cemetery (I needed a theme for my cemetery) - THUS "Witch Haven."

Here are the cemetery pillars that I just built. I tried to show their size. I put up three photos... If you want to see more, go yo my albums.

HERE IS MY QUESTION::: I am not an artist! How can I make these look old or any ideas for improvements?????

    Thanks for your consideration.

    They look great.

I suggest Terra's how to video on tombstones for the "aged" effect.

Absolutely great. Weathering the plaques would make an already fantastic prop even better! Good job.

They look fantastic, but if you want them aged, I would suggest first of all that the red lettering on the plaques is too modern looking. Try black or a dark grey. the colour of the monuments themselves is probably too uniform. It would need to be mottled stained I would guess.

I don't really know how to achieve the effect, but that would be my initial thoughts.

Post more pics as you progress please!

I think they look great also! I love the dark color. It's so different, since most pillars are light gray in color (including my own).
