My theme this year is a hidden cemetery in the woods. My emphasis is going to hopefully be on trees, but those are another project. Since my inspiration was Sleepy Hollow, I wanted an New England feel somewhat. (And before I get grief, I know Washington Irving wrote about the upstate NY area) I wanted kind of a low stone wall, but for added effect. wanted to add an iron top. I used old school Styrofoam that I got from Lowe's in a 6 sheet pack. I glued 3 sheets together for thickness and I shaped stones. I painted with latex for a base coat to not eat it and sprayed various colors for depth. I added moss (which needs some touch up) and had it growing in between the stones on the way up. The iron fence was not only the one I wanted, but was 1/2 off right now from Big Lots, so $4 for 4 pieces which is exactly what I needed. All done, there will be two pieces, about 4' long by around 3' high. Total cost is around $15 so that makes me even happier. Overall I am happy, but i value feedback on any improvements.
Sorry bout the quality of the picture, looking for a way to take a better one.

Awesome! That's definitely an original. I've never seen a fence made like that before.
Great job!
