Hi everyone!
I've been prowling around the internet looking for a realistic looking Bowie knife but I can't find anything I like.
Does anyone have any ideas where I might find something? It has to be plastic or rubber because I will be using it around the general public but I want it to look as real as possible.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Foam knife:

Great tutorial on a foam cleaver - could definitely be modified for a knife:

Wow, thanks Frankie's Girl and Empty_W, those are both great suggestions.
I am definitely going to look into that knife you posted Empty_W, it looks perfect for what I need it for. I'm working in Ghost Town this year at Knott's Haunt and that knife looks like something you would have seen in the 1800's.
If that knife doesn't work out I can definitely make something using that foam technique.
I just knew you guys would have something for me. Thanks very much!!!!

In case anyone is interested that "realistic knife halloween prop" is sold out at Grim Reaper and it looks like they don't make them anymore.
The lady at Grim Reaper was nice enough to tell me who makes the knives and I've sent them an e-mail but no word back yet.
I think I'm going try and make one out of foam board. It would be something to be proud of if it turns out good. I'll try and post a picture if I get it done.
Thanks again for the great info!!
