I found a really cool latex mask, but I was wondering is it possible to paint over it using black light paint? (I want it for my black light room)

I just want to take the details of the mask and make them pop more, will that not work, has anyone tried.

    Thanks

i painted over one last year with black light paint. you may have to touch it up if any flakes off, but it does work.
just put on several thin layers of the paint rather than one thick one.

I turned 5 regular Don Post masks into scary clowns last year using fluorescent acrylic paint and they were AWSOME! I even painted their hair with fluorescent hair color. Worked great. Paid $5 for each mask, too - way cheaper than the Halloween stores.

I painted over my Freddy Mask with a Darker and More-Realistic Red color for the burns. The ones it came with were almost Pink! It need to be touched up, and Before I did that, I re-did the whole mask in a dark flesh-tone color, so I could match it to its body I made with Paper Maché! Turned out Great! It never flaked, cracked, or ran off the mask yet! I whipped this up last week, maybe I should take pictures
