Almost finished this next prop. My take on the wall crashing witch, but taking it the opposite way so it looks like the skeleton has broken through the wall
The build of this was simple:
First cut a back board from 1/4" plywood - this was cut the same size as 4 panels of the siding and on each side offset the width of each panel
Next add offcuts of wood the same width as the panels of siding, the edges cut at an angle on one side and jagged on the other, screwed in place.
The back board paint black, and the panels the same color as the siding.
Add a length of PVC to the bottom edge offest at the desired angle.
A Blucky ribcage slides over the PVC ... the arm is a blucky arm with a length of dowel rod run through to the rib cage to keep the arm straight, the hand is a clay molded hand, the skull was a light up skull with stringy hair that I stripped down then repainted the skeleton to match all the component parts. added dark brown accents and detail.
I still have the left arm to add, when I can find some more blucky bones !

I love it! Looks like it really came out of the wall!
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before

Looks great! A little disappointed though, I was planning one of my own. I thought I was going to be original, now I'm just a copy cat! Dang!
Making the world a funnier place, one blucky at a time

Very, very good. Another great idea for the rest of us to try & follow/copy. Very realistic & such a simple idea.
OK, we all know you can buy some great props & let's face it, most of us do buy them, but time & time again you people just go one better and make something almost from nothing that's original, probably cheaper and usually more realistic than anything bought from a shop.
Makes you wonder what we'd all do in our spare time if there was no such thing as halloween?
