It reminds me of a very eerie, evil Wizard of Oz! I LOVE it!

Sweet. Now for the tricky part of covering it with something that won't weigh a ton! (Plastic? Paper Mache?)

We named him!

I haven't weighed him in yet but it is a few more pounds then I thought it would be. That's okay though!

Here you can see a little clearer that we have a base now, it is built up of electrical fittings and conduit. It can rotate and as you can see from the large pivot bracket we built it can nod. There is a 2" bore cylinder in place for the nod action, we have to add the rotational cylinder this weekend.

Foam has started, combination of spray adhesive, liquid nails tube type and spray foam.

I will keep up the videos probably once a week or so till the big day!
