Thread: Hot Blood Stix?

Has anyone used these Hot Blood Stix? They just look like red hot glue sticks. Can you make your own? Maybe melt down a lot of glue sticks in a crock pot and add some coloring?

You can just use the clear stix and paint them red......would look the same and save money to. As you can see I used clear ones on my candles and painted them black same effect.

I actually ruined one of my props with that stuff. It looked like I melted a red crayon over the prop and I was not pleased with the outcome.
