I found this 2 foot skull for sale costco for $46.99. Motion activated it's eyes light up and it says something like "I'm watching you" or something like that. Pretty cool for the price since it's so big.

Not sure if all costco's carry it. In my previous experiences, what one costco carries, another may not. Your best bet would be to call ahead and make sure. It's a 24" resin skull, lights up and talks.

That would be perfect for a haunt entrance

There's no earthly way of knowing Which direction we are going. There's no knowing where we're rowing
Or which way the river's flowing. Is it raining? Is it snowing? Is a hurricane a blowing?

California Costco's have em. The lights used in the eyes are pretty large and would show up from far away. The sound is kinda week though. I'm already thinking about "re-wirin" it with a programmable soundboard I just ordered. I think with better (and louder) sound it would be a good static prop. Or maybe....
Nostalgia isn't what it used to be...
