I have a couple props that activate with sound only. I really really want them to work all the time. It is a cheap flying "skull" that is on a line and travels from one end of the line to the other. I bought it after halloween last year real real cheap. So experimenting and destroying this one is not a big deal (i have about 3 of them.) I want to repurpose the decoration to make it a cheap ole flying ghost in our graveyard.

I suspect that to get rid of the sound activation all i need to do is resolder the connections together to eliminate the sound activation. I suppose i could get creative and solder a switch in that connection to turn the sound activation detector on and off.

    That's what I would do.

It's possible the circuit is all one one board, so it may not be as easy as bypassing the activation circuit. Determining the actual sound circuit may be more work than what it's worth. I would just hard wire the power supply directly to the motor, using the switch already included on the machine?
