    Hi all,
I've been lurking here for years and I've finally come out of the woodwork to ask for some help from the experts.

Every year I decorate the exterior of my home with a concept in mind. This year I'm having trouble coming up with some appropriate large props that work with my home.

The concept is Freak Show Gone Wrong (or Carnevil or Evil Circus, anything like that will work). I have a few ideas but nothing seems to be working out.

I live in a 3 story townhouse that is made of limestone so I can't drill into the house to attach anything (but i usually get around this by using fishing wire to hold what needs to be held up). The items need to be large enough and vertical. And finally I don't have a garage so my DIY skills are somewhat limited (but Im totally willing to get my hands dirty!)

Can anyone think of something pratical to do that gets the look? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Here is what my house looked like the past two years.

How about a museum of oddities? 2 head alligators, merman, stuff like that...

    Thanks Si.

Terror: A musuem of oddities would definitely be cool but how would I make something large enough and can be attached to my vertical house?

Some take on tightrope walking or trapeeze might be a good fit with your space. Now how to make that creepy I'll leave to others... :-)

I think your skeleton and spider themes turned out awesome!! I like the evil circus theme - as Skelly215 suggested a tightrope would work well - going from one window to the other.

For sure a couple crazy scary looking clowns, hanging from a window. I'm not the most creative but I'm sure others on the forum can give you some good ideas.
    Is it Halloween yet?

Oh the tightrope/trapeze idea is totally genius! Now just have to figure out how to make something spooky on it...but I love that concept.

Would love more ideas if anyone has them.

Yeah, side show banners hanging from the bottom of the windows here & there. As for Skelly's idea have a bodys hanging from two opposing windows & the intestins be the Tightrope with a smaller devil looking thing walking it with an umbrella ( I don't sleep to well )
