I like the Lowe's brand better, and it is white instead - not sure if you prefer pink!

Our Home Depot has the pink, made by Owens Corning and Lowes has the blue made by Dow but both are around $12 a sheet.

The price of the sheet depends on the thickness of it. You can generally check online at HD or Lowes website and get the specifics. Try searching under building materials "insulation" "sheathing" "foamboard".

BTW the white foam stuff like for garage door insulation is NOT extruded polystyrene (EPS/XPS). You can still use it but it's made up of compressed beads of foam and will tend to come apart in small balls when cut. Much messy-er and I'd recommend the EPS/XPS variety if you are planning on cutting it. The white stuff also tends to crack into pieces when hit unlike the blue or pink stuff.
