Picked up this oldie at a yard sale. He doesn't light up or make sound but his hand waves.
I was thinking about just stripping all of his nasty plastic color stuff and lights off and dressing him up. OR should I scrap him and cannibalize his motor for something better?.... Does anyone have one and have a great use for it??

First off I had a good laugh when I looked at the photo.
How about making a demon with him? You could paper mache and paint it red. Put some black wings on it. Maybe some smoke pouring out the ears???

Maybe a Cemetery Troll? I seen somewhere on the forum that someone had a great one, and there was movement in the hand I do believe, like the Santa already has. I'll try and dig it up for you!

Dress him up and put a prop hatchet in his hand, or hang a head by it's hair from his hand so he waves it at you

I think a knife would work great in the one hand.
