I don't know if I'll get the time to make this sign for my haunt, but if I do any idea how I might pull it off. I would start with foam but the colors, should they be from lighting, paint? Any input on any part would be most helpful.

I can't give alot of advise on the painting (I have someone in my family I rely on for that) but that would make an awesome sign! Do you want to just light it or black light it? That would be how I determined what type of paint to use.

    Hi PeeWee,

I thought ( & thats not saying alot ) if you used a regular light in back, it would over power the color lights that are on the front. I should just paint it the way I want & put a spot on it. I got to stop over thinking it maybe. Thanks, glad you like it

Nice sign! I would say black light it from the front. And, like Peeweepinson mentioned - the type of paint you use is something to think about especially if you plan to use the black light.
    Is it Halloween yet?

Another thought would be to paint it on plexiglass and put it on a light box and light it from behind. As for painting, You could print the image, take it to kinkos to make it the size you want, then put it on the plexiglass or use it as a guide behind to paint it.

A couple quick Questions...how big do you want to make it? Where will it be hanging on or from what?

I would be very interested in seeing how this works out

Thanks for the suggestions. To Pyxl, I was thinking 3" - 3 1/2" Wide & I was going to hook it to the bar under a awning off to the side of the steps to the front door. Over the door it would
    hang to low.
