Hello! I'm trying to find or make a skeletal fish for my pirate haunt. I saw an awesome prop on Photobucket (I think) with a skeleton sitting on a piling with a skeletal fish on a pole. I'd like to recreate something like it if possible.

    Thanks for the help!

I think you are referring to the photo from that pirate Bobzilla. He used one of the talking fish for that and has pictures in his album.

How about buying or catching a fish and letting it sit on an ant hill for a while?

It doesn't look like there are any on ebay right now, but there's still some time...

I want to do the same thing in my Pirate haunt.....I have no luck in finding that other plastic skeleton fish, but I did find a wooden one that looks like it would work out pretty well from the Royal Tiki store:

Nice find for 2 bucks Frankie's girl That wooden fish is pretty cool Mic
They're kinda hard to find. Start looking at yard sales (like Frankie's girl ), swap meets, Craigslist, Ebay. You could try and make one out of paper mache ?

Looks like I'm going to go yard sailing, um, saling. Thanks for all the suggestions. Screaming Demons, thanks but no thanks. Ewwwww! Stinky stinky. lol

If I can't find something suitable at a yard sale or such I may try the wire armature and paper mache route.

Just dropping in. Did anyone say get 2 wide tooth combs from the dollar store, glue them back to back for the middle. Carved foam head & tail. spray an off white. Hide a can of tuna for the smell effect.
