    I made this guy for a certain prop but then decided I wudnt be able to do it. Now I have no idea what to do with it. Any ideas?

    Perhaps a grave digger or keeper of a graveyard. The rather hunched stance suggests that to me. You could cover the "head" with a mask and use old clothes, including gloves.
