    It looks like it's made of that heavy duty saran wrap type material that is wrapped around loads of boxes on pallets.

    We get deliveries at work on pallets and they are wrapped in that "saran wrap" type plastic. When we take off the saran wrap stuff and wad it up it looks like a wadded up spiderweb, or a spider egg sack. I keep meaning to save them...
