I am doing a butcher shop as part of my haunt this year and after seeing the tile background on one of the sellers on ebay...gotta have it. Now...I'm not sure if his is actual tiles or what , but we are thinking of doing 1 long wall in back and two side walls and the front is open(this will be outside in a yard). I am sure they could be done in foamboard but i would love to know if there are fake tile walls possibly available anywhere. Another issue would be cost...obviously on a budget and this isn't a "get paid" attraction...just a yard haunt so anything where it would be like 100.00 a panel is really not what i'm looking for. If anyone knows of a place or knows how to make this happen cheaply and easily...I am all eyes & ears

Do you have the picture you're referencing to? It's probably just bathroom paneling you can find at Menard's...

TY so much for the idea...for some reason i couldn't open the lowes one but my PC is a POS lol but the other would have been perfect if it weren't blue! I was hoping for something a bit more 3 dimensional like foamboard but minus the work ...haha. That gave me some ideas though on what i may be searching for, thx again for the help.

From the looks of the pictures it definitely looks like real tile.

Menard's is a home improvement store. Similar to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Check out your local home improvement stores for open or damaged boxes for cheap.
Habitat for Humanity has a goodwill-like store called ReStore - check to see if there is one in your area. Folks can donate used or extra building supplies and you can pick up some real deals if they have tile or plywood!

You can put the tiles up on a piece of plywood and have a REAL tile wall. Get a tube of liquid nails or something like it and grout it with caulk, and then smack a few with a hammer and hit with some spraypaint and a wire brush to age them and dirty them up... it sounds like a fun project! It couldn't cost more than $20-$30 and some sweat equity.

It really does not matter what color the tile you find is, you can paint it with a high gloss white paint and go back over the grout lines. You might actually want a distressed dirty tile, blood grime and guts.
I have seen the 4' X 8' sheets of wafer board with tile stamped on it. Depending on the light and how close your "guests" get they might work real good.
It is not a sprint, nor a marathon, just a slow meandering down the path to the grave yard.
