Ok I am having a zombie and clown theme this year and I made another zombie for my Halloween display. I used a shiatsu massager. I have the upper torso connected to the one side and the bottom is connected to the other side. Anyway here is the video and I hope you like it:

Thanks beavervw! The music is Zombie Influx from Buzz Works and I highly recommend their CD's. I purchased one for my Zombie Theme and just recently purchased another for my clown theme. Oh and I love making the videos that is my next favorite part next to making the prop.

Thanks Theedwin! Actually the idea came from the lady that posted above this post creepycathy. She made a very cool static prop of a old lady on a walker and I thought it would be cool to add movement. So thanks again for the idea CreepyCathy!

Joiseygal,
What did you make your ribs/torso out of??

The ribs were made from a combination of things. I took wire and duct tape to create a base. Than I covered it with paper mache to make it sturdy. After the paper mache was dry I covered it with cobwebs and latex. I also used insulated foam to fill out areas of the torso. I will post some pictures to show you somewhat of the process:
