Ok so I have some old cars that are being hauled to the junk yard. I need some help in knowing how to pull the wiper motors before they get hauled off. If anyone can lead me on my way it would be great.....have never pulled a wiper motor and could use some easy step by step instructions. If anyone can help please tell me how to do this.
Thanks ahead of time, I sure hope someone can lead me through it as I don't want to lose them.

Well, from not seeing the cars, you'll need to find where they are mounted. There should be screws. There may also be a clip holding the arm onto the wiper motor arm pivot. Wires connected and these need to be unplugged. There may be a connector with a push tab to push in and pull the connector.
Hope this helps some.

depends on the cars , the older the better, less stuff to take apart to get to them, this may be a job for a google search for whatever car your working on....

Go to this link and follow the instructions http://www.autozone.com/autozone/ymm....diyprod4-b2c7
Then click on the model you need

Then the engine size (if you dont know pick any and you will get a ideal of how to

You should get to a page with this on it...click the one I have in yellow

That will bring you to a page like this....click on wipers and the next page click on Wiper motor

Now you will get to the How-To, like this

Keep in mind, your car(s) is/are going to the junkyard....don't worry about messing up anything else. Also most of the time you'll only have...3,or 4 bolts to take off and a 10mm is the common socket for most. Usually 3 to get the motor off and one to disconnect it from the wiper arm linkage.
There are a lot of parts on a car that could be used.....relays, wiring harness, seat motors, window motors (both have almost as much torque as a wiper motor), the horn, lights and a number of other parts.
(edit) I almost forgot this
DON'T FORGET THE WASHER PUMP it's about the size of a roll of quarters and it will be in the container that holds the water to wash your windshield. Keep the connector clip on the pump (it will make it easier to hook up later) and cut the wires leading to it. It will take all of two minutes to disconnect it
(edit again) here's a picture of the pump and housing. Cut below the yellow line

Oh thank you so much!! The help is so great and I knew there had to be someone that could explain this to me!! I do have a little experience with a few things, wiring AC motors, pumps, change oil, the list goes on. My husband is disabled and so I have had to learn and had a dad that made sure his daughter knew a few car things so she didn't get taken by someone that thought she was "car stupid". Electrical scares me, I am always afraid I will get shocked so I am extra careful with power of any kind. I was hoping this wouldn't be a tough job and it looks like I can do it. I can't thank you enough for all the help!! Please know I really mean that it really does help to have someone talk you though it or show you how to do it. Thank you all again!

That's why a forum is helpful to use. There are some many different people and ideas out there to ask and get suggestions from.
Good luck and show us what you have made with the motors you salvaged.

If possible be sure to take a pair of wire cutters and cut the wiring harness below the motor (leaving the harness on the motor). It is much eaiser to tie into the wire on the harness than trying to solder to the connectors.

Great info madmax. Very good layout. Now time to go hunting at the U-Pull It.
