I'm making some new Tombstones this week, and I need to use Plywood. Foam would either blow away or crack in the wind. I need to have some Plywood, and glue the foam onto it. My next problem, what kind of glue should I use? I tried a few different glues, and they all ate through styrofoam. Is there a glue anyone uses for this?

I agree with Robert's suggestion. PL 300 Foamboard Adhesive (available at your hardware store) is probably your best bet.
I've also used Titebond II with great results and no problems.

I had this same exact problem this past Halloween. My saving grace was POWER GRAB Foamboard addhesive from LOCTITE. It goes on with a caulking gun. I placed my tombestones face down, squirted the Power Grab on them , put my plywood on top of that, and pressed it together by placeing a few paint cans on top of that over night.

I was using plain old bead styrofoam for my stones and it didn't melt so I guess if your using the pink foam board you should be ok. I would take off the thin plastic sheeting first though.

    Good Luck, Marc V.

I use the Liquid Nails Construction Adhesive with a caulking gun. It also holds PVC onto the foam very securely.
