Not a whole lot of trouble so if you want a zombie DO IT.Mask should look good on a PVC body.
Next thing ya know youll have 6 of them.

Its never trouble if its something you want to do.

I would do it, building my first pvc body was fun a few months ago (check out my gallery of new 2010 props, my cemetary care taker) cost was about 50$ in total, will for sure will build a few more! DOT IT!! DO IT!! You won't regret it!

I agree, building with PVC is simple and to me fun. If you have the connections you can get a mannequin for cheap, if not it will cost you. You could also do a ground breaker, half the work.
Making the world a funnier place, one blucky at a time
