How to make a cool Haunted Mansion Hallway door.

how can i make this foam door functionable so i can get into my peppers target area in my masoleum? i dont care if it uses hinges or not, but it needs to be secure enough to withstand the wind and what not,, its not a door that is used by folks alot,, just me to get to the target area... im planning on making foam "hinges" but they will probably be just for looks rather than use.. if you have any ideas on this,, let me know.

Probably best to make a 1" x 2" frame with some connecting cross sections top to bottom & glue it to the back for re enforcement, could use the frame to help secure door to whatever you need so it doesn't blow away......

I made one for a year round haunted house shed. I gorilla glued foam onto a piece of chipboard the same size, then used a router to carve the door. I used regular hinges attached with bolts rather than screws through the foam and chipboard.
