Here is one of my latest projects, still work to be done, will end up as the skull for a corpsed skeleton
Picture didn't come out as well as hoped so will take another tomorrow
So what do you guys think, and can you guess the secret behind the skull ??

What did you use for molding it? I like it! Could use a few of them for restoring my skull walls.
A Halloween prop is a terrible thing to waste..

Update on the skull ... here it is with a quick paint job... still not quite finished but picture is better

OK here's the secret behind the skull ... this is a makeover of a blucky skull !

First, removed the jaw, cut away the teeth and glued a set of latex teeth in place of the old teeth.
On the skull, cut out the eye sockets and the nose. Cut a table tennis ball in half and glued them inside the skull for the eye sockets.
Built up the brows and the the nose. Glued the jaw back in place.
Gave the skull 3 coats of paper mache using tissue paper.
Finally finished off with a layer of air dry clay

very cool!! what a good way to use your blucky! I will have to give it a try some time- one more thing to add to the old to do list! but a easy way to get lots of skulls!
I have flying monkeys- and I'm not afraid to use them!
