I usually get my Halloween stuff from the dollar stores here...and give them a makeover....here are a few Ive come up with..... The one skelleton that is black with white and red eyes I made for my car as a rearview mirror hanger

is the 3rd picture a Fiji Mermaid? I would love for you to post a how to on that and the 2 headed skeleton.

basically I used a small skull and used a big skeletons spine and used a foot for the fins basically hot glues it together and put it in a box (real easy to do) oh and the hair is off twine *total time to do 10 min.*
the 2 headed one I used one small skeleton and another small skull glued together then did the tissue glue thing and just painted with brown, red, black. I added them to a twine off a tree that grew weird in the back of the old place I worked at.
I did them at 5 am when I couldnt sleep....I forgot to camera the whole thing
