Kurt, I have an idea that I am going to start working on this week. I will take pics and post if it works. I need realistic hands and can bend and hold objects, and I hope that my idea will work. Do you want just fingers, or whole hands?

I just need the fingers, I think if i pull the black sleeve down for enough i can get away with the effect.

Attached fingers, or unattached? I was thinking you needed severed fingers. I think there is another post on here about wanting to extend their fingers, but I'm not sure what all was posted.

Well I'm making a haunted organist this year and he kinda needs fingers, and a way to move his hands up and down I'm on the search for pics of the rigging system. but ha needs "hands" to move.

Well, there are sites that show you how to mold hands, but that may not be what you want to do. I would probably mold some hands out of a light-weight clay (like Paperclay), then you can just paint them or use regular latex gloves for the 'skin'. Plaster hands might be too heavy, it depends on the rigging system.

I found a bag of fingers at Halloween express last year. they were severed but you could repaint them and stick in some wire for bending. They were around $5-6 bucks and were sized correctly from pinkie to thumb. Here is a pic of the hand I made.
