FYI...

I tried to get some technical support one one of their products a few months back, even talked to the guy that designed the product. I was looking for information on interfacing (which was stated in their ad). He told me he was waiting for enough people to buy it and come up with application ideas and did not have any info yet. Like they were wating for customers to write their own documantation, I was not very impressed. Anyway they sold out of the product quickly and have not re-stocked in 3 months. Ended up building my own.

Most of what they have is very similar to what's available at other electronics sites that supply open-source hardware (usually Arduino-based), and the prices are about the same. Try Sparkfun or Adafruit. I've met people from both these companies at the Maker Faire and they're great to deal with; they also have good forums where you can get help.
