So after a long, wait like a year, and getting back from my cruise to Bermuda, I got started on the hearse this weekend. I am so excited. I have been gathering the materials and studying all the plans made available by this great forum. Thanks evilbob and all the others, I hope mind will come out as good as all of yours!!!!!! Most of the materials I have gotten from friends throwing out wood or from large crates from work. So far I have only had to buy the flanges for the wheel construction, and WOWI can not believe how much the cost of these have gone up and the wheels from Harbor frieght for 17.99 each, not too bad! So, here's a look at the begininng:

great start on the hearse I like it are you putting glass in it??? I have a hearse and a skelly horse mine has glass each I usually have to put at least 1 new pane in during assembley they a are a big hit in a haunt I get lots of compliments on mine good luck it will be a fun project
