Thread: I need bottle label help!

I've decided to try to make some potion/witch bottles, and an ingredient/spell book to go with it. However, I'm having some problems coming up with a name for a certain bottle, my Dr. Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde potion. Does anyone have any ideas? I also need some help with the book. I was thinking about making an ingredient list with a page for each one, and I'm having some trouble with how to describe some of them. I'd appreciate any ideas. Here's the main ones I'm having trouble with:

Love Potion # 9: I know I'm going to describe it as smelling like turpentine and looking like india ink, and I think I'll put that it 'may cause a feeling of europhia and uncontrolable lust' but anything additional would help.

Invisible Man Formula: From the movie of course! So far all I have is 'Seems to only work on fair complexions, may cause insanity.' Any help on this would be great!

Dr. J/Mr. H: Yep, them again. I want to put something about how it makes people agressive, of course, but I'm not quite sure how to word it.

Leeches: It should be really easy, but it's not. I'm drawing a blank on what to put down for these. I know they're used in medicine, but I don't know how to put that in a semi-realistic 'magical' fashion.

Anything else you can think of for what I can use, I'd love to hear! This isn't all I have, but I could always use more creative and awesome ideas from the minds on these boards!

Love Potion #9. you have a good start. Leave the turpentine and India Ink and the part about uncontrolabe Lust. Also put that it has the effect of "beer goggles" as a side effect that you can't choose whom the potion will make one Lust for.
Leeches. Blood letting used to be the cure all for feaver, head achs, flu, and most alements and it was common practice. the leeches have anti coagulents and pain supressors that make the process painless. Five or more leeches were put on the neck, leg, and arm to utilize the major veins. once the leech os on they will engorge themselves and eventually let go when sated.
For Jeckel/Hyde- put extreme paronoa, agresivness, quick to anger, uncontrolable mood swings, the evil side gains strength and will over power the weaker side if used often. Alse the potion is very adicting.
