hi i'm trying to make a florecent light flicker some how by automaticly turning the power off randomly to each bulb. i tryed using a starter in the power line, but it does not pull enough power to get the starter hot enough to trip and start over. i want this to be cheap please if some one could help me out that would be great!!


i know a lot about electric stuff so that is not the problem

cheapest way would be hire a homeless person and have them stand by the switch and quickly turn it on and off..... Total cost???? a bottle of cheap whiskey.....
