I finally got a chance to re-mold one of my favorite skulls. This time I was able to faithfully represent the orbital canals and fissures. Also, the best is that the nasal cavity is true and tunnels all the way to the back. It's hard to see in the pics buy here they are. I am so stoked that this mold worked!

How Cool Is That☻
2011 will be our 8th year and After having several outrageous Halloween Parties, we know that we will never get an invite to anyone else's party. So we keep throwing our own!

That's fantastic! I love the imperfections and the aging. Do you mind me asking what you cast it with? It looks to be a sort of plaster, is there a mix of resin in it as well? I shudder to think where you got the original from (Haha
)
Lets see....Magic, miniature horses, penguins, lacrosse, volleyball, and Halloween
.......what, you seem suprised?

Thanks for the awesome comments! This was a tough mold to do. I am so happy it turned out so well!
It is cast in resin (smooth-cast 320) so it's very durable and accurate. Yeah, don't ask where it came from, lol.
A lot of time, money and many mistakes! I am sooooo glad the work paid off. Again, thank you.
