Alright I feel like a fool, and I have been emailing back and forth with them, but I haven't gotten anywheres, even though they have been patient with me.
I'm a very visual person, so if anyone has some pictures of what I'm trying to do, I would be so grateful.
I bough the wiper motor kit with power supply and quick connect wire. I am having a problem connecting the quick connect cable to the motor. I know what prongs to put it on for what speed, it's how to actually physically connect the two that I can't seem to accomplish.
I know there is probably something very simple that I'm missing, but if anyone has a picture of the connection, it would be so much help.
Here is what I'm trying to connect to each other:

I'm not sure how to make the red ends fit into the terminals, they just don't seem to fit for me no matter what I do, I'm hoping others have had this problem and can give me the quick solution.

I have used many of these and yes they are very tight to connect. I usually use brute force to cram it on and it stays once it's on. You can also carefully use a small screwdriver to very slightly open the red end a bit to fit on better just do it a bit at a time. It shouldnt take much. Like i said i usually just force it on.

I agree with Kprimm, the tight connection is done on purpose. Loose electrical connections produce high currents, high currents produce heat, heat and combustible material (i.e. plastic) produce fire...... go very lightly on expanding the spade connector. The voice of experience.....
