Thread: Jack O Lanterns

I usually do a bunch of Jack O Lanterns every year. Every year I try to add something different. Last year I did my flaming tower of Jack O lanterns. This year I am going to add Jack o lanterns that hang at different heights from the Maple tree out front. I bought about 2500 ft of macrame cording and sent it to my mom (she likes doing macrame...Well she used to) She's making me a bunch of plant hangers with the cord to hang the Jack O lanterns from the tree.
I got natural jute to make it look rustic. I plan on lighting them up with white red green and blue lights internally. Each color on a separate channel of lighting controllers. It should look pretty cool.
I got the idea of hanging them from a picture that I saw posted here by someone (I can't find his post). He is a great artist and had some other pics as well.

Toymaker thats sounds awesome I cant wait to see the pics. I loved your flaming tower last year. There is an older cartoon movie I love...its a bit cheesy but still I love it and its called "The Halloween Tree". You should youtube it just to see the animation of that pumpkin tree for further inspiration.
