Can anyone give me any suggestions on which type of computer microphone is a good one , produces good clear sound and is reasonably priced? I'm not really happy with the one I have. Thanks for your help.![]()

Last year I bought a Logitech USB Desktop microphone and have been completely happy with it. It does a great job of capturing voice clearly. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how well it captured my voice. Cost was around $20.

I'll second the Logitech. Be sure to get a USB mic - it gets the sensitive audio circuit out of the (electronically) noisy computer case.

Thanks, I checked out the microphone from Logitech and it seems everyone who used it was extremely happy with it. So I'll order that and see what happens. Again ,thanks for your help.

Don't laugh, but I actually use one of those mics that come with the Rock Band video game. It works pretty well if you make a wind guard out of hoes.

Now that we have the microphone figured out. Does anyone have any recommendations for some type of recording software or can you just record stuff automatically to your computer?
