It's a skull I made out of a few layers of paper mache, coated with a thin layer of plaster "clay". The eyes are, of course, ping-pong balls.

Looks Great, Don't worry about the camera, it looks like he doesn't have a bad side and he doesn't see as well as he used too.
When storage is a concearn, put your monster props under the kids beds.
