I apologize for all the skull posts. I'm sure some you are thinking "GEEEEZ, does this dude make anything else???"

Well, yeah, I do. But since this is one of the hardest things to "perfect" (IMHO), I wanted to spend the time getting it as right as possible.
Anyway, Some of you fine folks may remember my posts depicting my progress with a carved styrofoam skull, coated in mold builder latex. I created a proper plaster mother-mold for that, and then made a new skull using the plaster-clay recipe (I also posted about that).

So here's the final result, after finishing touches, sanding and painting....
(Note: there was no practical reason to paint this, other than just to see how it looks, since this will be my permanent model to add clay to and create masks/monsters/etc etc etc. Also, the paint's still wet inside the eyes and nose, hence the shine. LOL)
