My wife and I made this as a birthday present for a friend who is a huge NBC fan.
She made Jack's head and hands and painted Oogie Boogie on the tombstone, while I made the tombstone and mechanism.

Here's a pic of the back of a previous tombstone peeper I made. The only difference this time is I used a wooden dowel this time instead of aluminum.
