Hi all! New to the forum, and to big Halloween displays... Not sure where to post this.. I could use a little help, as this is driving me nuts.. I know EVERYONE has seen this guys singing pumpkin faces on YouTube:

Anyone have ANY idea how he's making them?? I know about the lighting controllers.. I've got 2 (totalling 32 channels, more on the way!) How did he build the structure??

There are construction pics some where I have seen them before. Basically a square frame of pvc was made and something like chicken wire was then attached to the frame then light rope was attached to the chicken wire to make the facial expressions. I don't have time to look right now but if nobody else can find them I will look for you when I have more time.

Wire Frame Mouth Pictures –

Hi Gang.
Does anyone have a set of "wire frame" (like a stick figure) drawings of the mouth shapes for the singing pumpkins? I have links to what the "human mouth" looks like when sounds are made:
