Just so everyone knows, TrackSkull does not currently work with the Board of Chuckee directly (so you cannot have LIVE feedback aka Puppet Mode), but you can record the motion and import into VSA.

I will be investigating this issue and hope to fix it.

can you use the head tracking and the joystick at the same time? for example to control the head and the eyes?
or would you have to do them individually and import to the same routine?

what about jaw movement. is there a way to control the amount the jaw opens?

I noticed in joystick mode the cube didnt move for feedback on movement in the tutorial. is that right. you only get that feedback in headset mode.

what else might you use the other two buttons on the joystick?

where do you get the medusa board and how much is it?

I sell the Medusa DMX directly, using PayPal for payment. They're $90 + $5 shipping in the U.S. PM me, if you're interested.

The BoC uses a different channel/value structure than the Medusa, so I'm not sure if the livemode TrackSkull bug Nelson's describing would apply to my board as well. I have an email in to him asking if this is the case.

Yes, you can use both head tracking and joystick at the same time

Amount of Jaw movement depends on how you are controlling it, in my tutorials I was using a button on the joystick. In the setup menu, you can specific the value when the button is pressed and not pressed. So settings the value 'when pressed' will adjust how far it opens.

You are correct, the cube only responds to the head tracking

Not sure what other people are using the other buttons for... maybe some type of lighting.

    I love my Medusa

I wonder if you could use the buttons for different mouth settings.
Like you would use the button to operate the mouth. but when you only want a small amout , light when laughing hit a differrent button.

    so I would need:
    95 medusa
    150 head set thing
    35 joystick
    about 280 in hardware

    and of coarse the program.
and all I need to know is what channels my servos are on, so I can imopt to vsa.

My only concern is investing in the hardware and haveing some sort of problem. anyone here thied this on a skulltronix?
