Like many before me I have decided that every great cemetery has to have a Caretaker. Here is my version in the beginning stages, he is roughly inspired by the guy in the Haunted Mansion at Disney. Here are some photos and a video of his start:

    Styro Head

    Remove Jaw

    Fill with celluclay

    eye sockets

    Add Eyes

    Shiatsu Hack

    Build Motion Frame

    Try Different Looks

    Here's the video:

He still needs legs and to be painted but I pretty happy so far.

Great look and movement so far. Thanks for showing us the start of this project. I love watching these creations take shape.

Very creative with the shiatsu for the movement you created. It was really cool to see the way you made the movement with the rig you built.Thats the first time i have seen a neck massager used in a way other than the zombie grave escape or a pair of flapping wings. Apparently if you tinker long enough there seems to be quite alot you can do with these things. Great work so far.

I find it more disturbing in pic 4, without the eye balls... Cool prop! Can't wait to see it finished.

You made that Shiatsu movement look pretty easy, which is what I need. I like how the dog came out and it didn't even phase him (or her), not prop-shy at all! Good work so far can't wait to see the finished product.
