This my new project i have been working on LED light string built to add on to a light o rama system it can run stand alone or connect directly to the LOR system

If you're like me i have been trying to come up with system that i can run one string of lights and get multiple colors seven to be exact i designed a stand a lone unit and now have the Lor unit this system can be customized into any length. low power and less work setting up the lights can be submerged in water and they do not tangle. i am almost done with an ipod interface so you can run the lights in random sequences of different tones in your music. hope you like them

How did you get the multiple colors in the string or did it come that way?

the strip of LEDs were designed and made in china and desiged with a red, green and blue color with my controller i can mix the colors to get more.

Looks really good. Does the LOR use a standard relay? I was hearing the clicking and was wondering if an SCR might last longer than a standard contact.... I am new to all this and was wondering Keith

Sounds like the same Xmas light string I got for my tree. I suppose you hacked the control box? I intend to use the same lights to effect a changing glow to my witch cauldron (when programmed to fade in/out).

This was the prototype we now have diffrent relays to get rid of the clicking sound.
