I build this last halloween so that we had something to wave people out with, but not need a flashlight, plus its just a cool effect to have a 4 foot long battery powered blacklight.
and simple to make from garbage parts, mostly a scanner and the BL bulb.

Im hoping to post some of the pictures of it finshed soon, but got sidetracked.
Im thinking of modifying it this year to include a 3 in plasma ball on top.
