Thread: Witch Crash Build

I'm building a new witch crash this year. I wanted to make one that crashes into the ground. Here is my concept sketch:

I'm using the shoes, hat, cape and hair from last years crash, which the brats got to and destroyed. The legs I got on Amazon for $10 (plus another ten for shipping) The skirt was found at goodwill for five bucks. The broom is a left over. The smoke machine was a left over from a karate demonstration. The dirt was made with Great Stuff.

that looks great Baron, love the socks and shoes/boots, can't wait to see the finished prop! Great idea, , ground crashing!

Are you going to add skid marks?

I plan on building one like that later. The face will be buried in a pile of dirt, back bent up and over with the feet up by the hat and a trail of dirt behind her. I think that will look too cool! This is a classic old Warner Bros. cartoon type face plant.

You will be incorporating a Claymore for the destructive brats this year no?

I was thinking about daisy chaining a few of them.
I really have not thought about security this year. With a larger display I will have to do something though.
